mean green cobra

I don't have power in my driver side turn signal or brake light. the parking likght on that side work . I cant figure out why that tail light does have power going to it . even with the emergency flashers on(all of them flash except the back driver side). behind the passenger kick panel there is a black plug . in that plug there is a white wire with a blue tracer . when I put a test light on that wire and turn the hazards on . it flashes . even works with the right turn signal . I cant find one that works for the driver side . can ne one please help me out
