Hello Everyone

I just purchased an HID kit for my fog lights (I have the oval shaped lens) and I hooked up one side of them already. But when I turn them on to test them they came on normally and stayed on. When I put them all together and installed them, the lights keep flashing over and over again and won't stay on for some reason. Anyone else tell me if they installed the HID kit and it worked properly.
