So finally got my 26 spline custom input shaft in for the t-56, installed well when I tried to put it in the car it won't go all the way in, at first I thought I moved the dual disk crap but now I think it may be too long. I know the overall length is supposed to be 9 3/4 I believe but I'd rather not open it up anyone have a measurement of end of the tob tube to the end of the shaft? Looking for length of splines that you can see or over all length to the end of the snout thanks!

Nvm, lack of info seems to indicate I need to trim the tob sleeve

What input shaft did u get, i didnt trim anythi g woth my 26 spline liberty, tranny bolted right up
