SCT Tuner Question

So I bought a SCT X4 Tuner for my 04 GT. I download the software and updates but, my computer still isn't reading/recognizing the hand held tuner. What am I doing wrong or did I miss a step?

If you're in Windows, try going to the device manager and looking for the SCT Driver. Delete that, plug in your device and try again letting in re-install the drivers.
