Default What studs for new spacers

Asking for a friend with a 02 gt. He's planning on running 1/2" to 1" spacers in the rear and will obviously need new studs. The 1" spacers come with new studs but the 1/2" don't. From what I've seen there are 2.5" and 3" studs. Will these be long enough? Where is the best place to get them? Thanks!
