2000 GT front rims are rubbing!

Default 2000 GT front rims are rubbing!

I got a 2000 GT with 17" builtte rims 17x9 I've lower the car 1.5" with ford racing spring, caster camber plates, new tie rod ends (inner and outer), ball jounts, sturts, and a tubeuler sway bar. when turning left or right the rims hit the sway bar. I am thing of getting smaller rims 17x8, is there anything else that I can do?? thanks

May be a stupid question, but are the bullitts off a 05+ mustang?
What sway bar?
Did you get the shorter sway bar end links?
