Needing some advise. Need to replace an aftermarket seat that was put in a 98 mustang gt. I found seats to 09-14. Would these fit? can they fit?

S197 seats absolutely will fit. And be pure awesome when you're done.

You need to mount your SN95 brackets to the bottom of the new seats, and for the driver side power features there is a little bit of wire splicing involved. Google "s197 seats in sn95 mustang", there is a thread from svtperformance.com in the top few results that details everything you need to do.

My seats are from an '06 or '07 but any S197 from '05 thru '14 is basically the same.

Looks like you'll have to find an old seat just to get its mount for the later seat..
