What hose is this?

Hi Guys,

I have been finding this hose for awhile now and cant seem to find it.
can someone tell me which one is this and where to buy them online as i live in Dubai, UAE.

Coz this has been replaced and when i start the engine it shrinks and cannot get an air having trouble on acceleration.

Please see image below the one below the red that going to the IAC.

RockAuto.com is my go to for stuff I don't buy locally at AutoZone or whatever.
