Default Clutch Quadrant Problem *HELP - VIDEO*

I have a 2003 Mustang Mach 1 and am having a problem with my clutch quadrant. This has happened before and a shop fixed it for $40 and said "a gear in the quadrant got twisted around" but that was it. I wanted to know if anyone had insight into how to fix this. The clutch freely pushes forward and backwards. Also my clutch cable is fine and not snapped.

Thank you!

Bump. It looks like maybe I can take the top gear off and slide it further down on the bottom one? Anyone?

so the whole quadrant moves but the cable doesnt release properly? Sounds like a either bad pressure plate or possible TOB related. Id pull cable cover and inspect bearing retainer for grooves/uneven surface. This is assuming the cable is indeed OK, and the quadrant isnt slipping on the plastic teeth

May be a broken cable. You can see there is no tension on the cable at first then it moves, then you can see the cable stop moving but the quadrant still is.

+1 DRAGUL, looks as if there is no tension on the cable at all

As an update to everyone, the cable sheared in the middle but was BARELY hanging on. This is how the last shop "fixed" it... Basically by adjusting my quadrant and letting me drive like that for a month before it snapped. New cable and quadrant in, good as new!
