Best springs for a Vert?
 

I'm trying to figure out what would be the best set of lowering springs for a 2002 gt vert. I know for sure i want to be able to run 315's. After searching on the forums it looks like i should be able to fit 315/30/18's. I don't want to have to roll fenders or anything like that. Anyone have a vert that can lead me in the right direction. I don't want to buy springs and end up being noticeably lower and on the same token i don't want to buy the wrong ones and be slammed. My drive way is a mountain.

Any particular handling related goals or just want to drop it?

I have Eibach Sportlines (2" drop) with Koni STR.t dampers. C/C plates, bumpsteer, MM "hd" lca's. No issues running 315/35-17 rear tires, 275/40 front. You can plan on the occasional midpipe scrape if you drop that low though, entering/exiting driveways that have a steep approach can be tricky as well. Ride quality is pretty firm. Not punishing, but definitely firm.

I don't have any handling goals yet...it's mainly gonna be a weekend cruiser. I'm thinking pro chamber mid pipe and flowmasters. Gonna look at the parts you suggested

ProChamber is a good choice on midpipe. I had an X pipe for years but got bored with it and installed that one about a year and a half ago. Sound (tone) is kinda right in between an H and X pipe.

I went with Eibach (Ford Racing) springs for convertibles on my 2004. Not too low, but low enough to notice.
