Clicking noise in engine ! Please help!

Few days ago I started hearing this ticking noice, doesn’t sound like a bad rod, but I don’t know hoping to get an answer ASAP, no shop can get it in for a bout a week. Can’t seem to post a video though

Make sure that you don’t have a loose spark plug, I had one blow out of the motor after cross threading one
when I had a 04
