Default Are these aftermarket springs?

Hey all, I have a 2003 Mach 1 and was recently taking off the rear wheels to change out my center caps and for the first time noticed the springs were blue Are they aftermarket? Any way to identify what springs they are if so? Thanks in advance Blue springs

I think they are stock. Does your ride height look stock?

The Mach1 has 600lb springs in front and 250lb springs rear. The car sits about 1/2 in lower than the GT.

I would have also though that the spring would be black or gray-ish, stock, not blue. I see
plenty of aftermarket ones that are colored.

Dakota, I think my fellow bloggers are onto something. If I remember right the OEM rear springs were indeed black. Blue is the standard color of Roush and other aftermarket vendors.

Color of the spring is not a good measure, a rattle can and they can be any color you want just saying.

So, you can order blue springs from the factory? Good to know, thanks...

The point is they could be factory springs someone painted, they could be aftermarket springs that somebody painted! the color of that spring means nothing, sorry you couldn't google that answer
