Default Tail light housing upgrade

02 GT, Borla X pipes with cats

Looking to upgrade the stockers. I really like the look of the raxiom icon lights from AM. Does anyone have these for their New Edge? Just wondering about fitment, visibility at night, and how hard/easy to install?

Installation is easy... Have heard (read) nothing about fitment issues.

People have said that during the day, you can't see the parking lights.
I say, if it's daytime, why do you need them on?

Lol @ daytime running lights. But thanks for your input. I see you helping a lot of these guys out and not really getting thanks, so thank you.

Seems trivial. As long as the lights work AT NIGHT... you should be good.

I'm just more concerned about fitment, gaps, lighting etc. You know how sometimes aftermarket stuff can sometimes have fitment or lighting issues, especially with tail lights and headlight housings. $350.00 they better be perfect ya know?

Nothing A/M is perfect. But the good stuff usually looks pretty decent... If they suck, send em back!

Most legit lighting upgrades look pretty decent. They also tend to leak. Make sure you replace the seals (foam, OEM) when you do the tail lights. Otherwise you'll have a fish farm in your trunk.

I will definitely do that, don't want the trunk smelling like a $2 hooker. Thx for the help.
