Hi there, I am new to forums and now in learning stage of how to take care of my 02 GT Lazor Red Convertible (my baby). Some things I would only trust my excellent mechanic Mike (worked for Ford for 20 years and now has his own shop). But trying to do some things on my own.

I cleaned out my MAF sensor after putting new filter on cold air intake. My question is about Fuel Filter-does it matter, with having a cold air intake, should I use Ford filter?? Or different one??

Cold air intakes don’t effect fuel filters. But a ford one wouldn’t hurt if readily available. I’ve had good luck with Napa filters no complaints

hey thank you so much for getting back to me I did end up getting a Ford fuel filter now I have to wait for my mechanic who is very busy with the Mustang lineup customers he has I'm still waiting to get my rotors and calipers throwing on again purchased from American Muscle those guys have some great products and thank you again for responding.
