Looking to build a forged motor
Jp39, before you do anything please read the info on this link. https://www.stangtv.com/tech-stories...end-for-boost/
I have been down this road before and congratulate you for realizing the lower end is your primary building foundation. The first thing I usually do, is begin with a aftermarket block. If you are introducing twin turbos, then EVERYTHING must be bullet proof. Take your time and research this project to its fullest extent. Good luck, I like your style.

There is no reason to replace the block itself. reuse your stock block, find a 96-98 kellog cobra crank in good shape, and for a 1000whp capable shortblock you will be looking at around 3-3500$ depending on machine shop costs and parts chosen
