Help.

okay I did a complete engine swap from an 07 Crown Vic interceptor and I put it in my 2003 Mustang GT. Everything went smoothly but the only problem I'm having is I'm misfiring on the driver's side and all the coils. I don't know whether it's the computer or there's a wire that's been disconnected. Any advice or any other suggestions that could possibly be causing this problem. I've replaced all the coils and spark plugs still nothing also taking them out to see if the idle would be changed and nothing.

What ECU are you using? The one from the Vic or the GT?

The one from the mustang before the swap.
