Default FPDM keeps going bad

Hey guys, new here to the site and hoping to find some answers. I have 2000 GT 4.6l that has been converted to a Saleen. It is supercharged. I bought the car cheap and knew it had issues and have done a lot to it already. My problem now is the fuel pump driver module keeps going bad. So far before this started happening I put an EGR delete, idle air control valve, plugs, coils, fuel pressure sensor, intake gaskets and supercharger gaskets. The FPDM went out and threw a code. Changed it and it ran fine for a month then did it again. I put a stock fuel pump, filter and a new driver module on it and it ran fine for 2 weeks and it went out again. Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated. If you need any more info about the car let me know. Thanks in advance!!!!
