Default 2000 Mustang Gt P0308

hello i have a 2000 mustang gt with the 4.6L and i recently got a check engine light that threw the code P0308 (cylinder 8 misfire), i swapped coils from cylinders to see if the code would change and nothing still the same po308 i proceeded to check the spark plug and found that it was covered in what appears to be oil but i could be wrong it might be coolant , i checked the rest of the plugs and the rest where all fine , i was thinking about replacing the valve cover gasket but the gasket is not leaking. now im at a stand still. and there was no oil puddle in the cylinder

Cylinder 8 plug right after i pulled it out

hey, i've got these same symptoms on my 2016 gt. misfire on 8, oil on the plug (or anti-seize? i changed out the plugs a few weeks prior and may have used too much). ..tried a new coil pack, then tried the old spark plug, but the issue persists. just wondering how this all played out for you?
