Great Info..

So then is the Stock ECU with a tune able to compensate timing based on Positve Manifold Pressure, or are you guys able to just run w/an advanced timing?

Saleen. I am very happy with mine!

Kenne Bell also makes a good one.

The Whipple is also a twin screw but is EXPENSIVE and is still a pipe dream b/c no one has seen a production piece yet.
What happened to that dude that was on here not long ago asking for a $2000 deposit and all to "order" your Whipple??

LMAO! In the microprocessor world we used to call such items as the Whipple "Vaporware!"

I plan on going Kenne Bell. All the benefits of the Saleen with... 1)Easier install than the saleen. 2)Easier pulley swap. 3)By far the best instructions. 4)Comes with everything (injectors, flash tool etc). 5)Fits under the stock hood.

My Saleen system was installed with 39lb injectors, an SCT for the programming, and it fits under the hood just fine. I'm not planning on changing the boost (pulley) so that's not a big deal for me.

KB is a great system too, as for installing it, you have to cut a hole out up front for the CAI, that may make it a little difficult if you don't have the proper tool for the cutting. You don't have to do this for the Saleen; you can use your existing CAI for it.

Either one is great IMHO.

Yes with a tuner XCal 1 or 2 or a Diablo the stock ECU can be tuned to compensate for the additional hp, also you would not advance timing for boost you retard timing.
