Had my Flowmaster American Thunder Mufflers installed earlier today (first mod) and it was just what I was lookin for...not sayin Borla or Bassani don't sound good...as the matter of fact...never heard either of them...but my momma had flowmasters on her truck and I loved em...so I went to the local muffler store and purchased a set for myself...long story short...they have the deep throaty sound I was lookin for and arent annoyingly loud...now that my car feels like a muscle car...does anyone have any suggestions on where to go as far as mods from here??? Hope this post helped anyone lookin into the Flowmasters...

I have yet to modd my car yet, but from what ive been reading. Many people start w/ a intake and a tune. I hear alot of great things about it.

You could get more into your exhuast w/ headers, high flow cats, etc.

go to 05-07 GT section. . . then to intake and tunes. . . check out the C&L intake and XCal2 tuner combo. . . a lot of the ppl with 05+ stangs on here have this package and couldn't be more happier with it. . . i have it and love it dude. . . it dropped me 1/2 a sec in quarter mile and didn't loose any drivablility . . .

then you could do underdrive pulleys and then X-pipe. . . my sig has my time. . . stock tires and air pressure

You really should check out IMCO exhaust before you buy..

I have listened and searched and researched for a year now... and they are by far the best sounding ones I have found... I hope to buy mine in a couple of weeks.

I just did the C&L Intake and SCT from Evolution Performance and I have what feels like a new engine.... SHE'S ALIVE!!!
