RE: 2006 Mustang GT Auto Rousch Supercharger Question
Hey guys.. question for you on the kits here.
1- Are they still utilizing the stock injectors?
2- If so, did they provide you with an aftermarket Fuel pump, and cranking the fuel pressure WAY up to compensate?
3- If these kits come with new injectors, what size are they and for what max HP?

RE: 2006 Mustang GT Auto Rousch Supercharger Question
I have the Rousch Supercharger in my 06 GT auto. It is one awesome machine. The car is now rated at 415hp and 386 ft-lbs of torque.
I don't have any experience with installing or tuning, the dealer installed the s/c. At least it is covered under the 3yr/36k warranty though.

RE: 2006 Mustang GT Auto Rousch Supercharger Question
Thinking about installing the raush s/c at ford dealership.
Is the added acceleration performance worth it?
Need to run premium gas?
Is the supercharger always on or can you turn it off?
thx

First of all, hell ya it's worth it. I have a 06' with the Dealer installed Roush S/C and it flat out screams.
Yes, premium fuel is required but it's only .20 more per gallon, worth every penny.
I believe it's always on since it is belt driven. The installation manual that came with the car mentioned that there is a bypass circuit.
The bypass circuit, when open, prevents any pressure buildup across the supercharger and allows air to circulate through the rotors, allowing the s/c to "idle" freely during idle, deceleration, and light throttle cruise. This results in reduced noise and by reducing heat buildup in the intake, significantly improves street and strip performance. As throttle demand increases, the bypass circuit is closed, resulting in full performance from the s/c.
