Default Anyone used a JLT intake with a Saleen SC?

I'm in the early process of installing a Saleen Supercharger on the ol' stang, and I would love to be able to keep my JLT II intake in the mix.
I called JLT, and they said probably not, but they didn't know for sure. They suggested heating up the tube w/a heat gun and flattening it a bit (oval shape).
I know most people seem to be running Lightning Maf set-ups,. but I;m just hoping someone has has luck with this JLT...
thanks all.
