Default Catback vs. Axle-back

I'm a newb to modifying cars. I understand the difference between the two, but what is the realistic performance difference? Is it worth the price premium for the catback vs. axle-back? If it is, what's a good catback setup?

Default RE: Catback vs. Axle-back

There is NO appreciable performance difference between the two. The only difference between a catback and and the OEM overaxle tubes + Axleback is that the passenger's side OEM axle tube has a small crimp in it. Other than that, they are identical. The crimp is very small, and you can't tell the difference between the two setups on the dyno.

I would buy an axle-back, they're cheaper!
