'nuff said...that's what i do with all my cars, and i always dyno ridiculously high for a stock car...
Same here. Getting the rings to seat quickly before the wall roughness goes away pays big dividends. Not much else to "break in" in the motor unless a flat tappet cam is being used.

[sm=icon_rtfm.gif] Personally I think the best advice on break in time would come from Ford themselves. Try your car manual, it explains it in detail.
