Default FRPP 3V Heads

Well, whats the verdict? I know squat about flow rates and all the other properties of a good flowing head but they showed a 33 hp gain on a S/Cd GT with stock cams and stock valve springs. There is def room for improvement since they don't supply new valve springs, cams, etc, butit should at least be a good foundation to start with.Is this the next hot item or should we stick with already proven names like Livernois, V.T, Fox Lake, etc..

...and cams are an even better bang for the buck. Similar gains to Heads, and less than half the price, even if you factor in the supporting mods like a bigger intake and a TB.

In theory anyway. Unfortunatley they don't stack well. In other words, if you assume cams are 40 HP and Heads are 40 HP, both won't get you 80. In fact, you'd be lucky to get 60 from both. Either one will get your cylinders filling so well there's really no point in doing the other.
