yea JLT2 ftw!

the intake won't fit with the spacer. the spacer offers questionable gains and a part throttle hiss.

pick one (JLT2). don't worry about the spacer.

FTW = "for the win".

Don't waste your money on the spacer. They are useless. The JLT is a good intake though!

haha saud how long have u been here and u don't know what ftw means? haha.

my friend has a spacer on his '00 V6. however, he also has a custom (read: he fabbed it up himself cause he didn't know what he was doing) intake that just sticks a foot out of the TB and has no mass airflow meter. where did it go? "huh? oh i dunno, when i put this on its just not there". how the hell does it run? "oh sometimes it stalls but it doesn't do that anymore". he's got a 1" spacer on it and that bitch whistles when the throttle cracks open.

JLT FOR THE WIN haha.

I would not waste any money on the spacer, from every shop I have spokent with and discussions on multiple forums, and the 2 installs I have done I have found them to be quite worthless.

LOL...Welcome to the forums. If nothing else, it will also help with throttle reponse if you don't have a tune.

intake manifold spacers are good for about 5 HP due to they sit higher and recieve less heat, there good for 5 on the new edges id think you would get more then that on a s197 as they respond better
