WHAT AM I PUTTING DOWN?
I have to go to Baton Rouge next month to have my gears put in and the shop has a dynojet dyno. I am striving for 300 rwhp on this car. So with that said looking at the mods in my sig what would I expect to see as far as numbers? I dont want to get my hopes up but I hope Im close to my number.[sm=gears.gif]

Well if you have a stick and the stock 17's then you should be close or possibly over that number.

Auto No
Manual Yes Good point about wheels. With heavy20s you might not get there even with a manual. |

Sorry guys I do have an auto. What do I need short of headers cause those things are rediculous expensive. Again im looking for 300rwhp. 17 in wheels also.

Its not going to be easy with an auto. I hope someone with more info on the Auto will respond.
Good mods to consider would be LTs CMDPs Offroad pipe <-- If LTs are not possible. Alum Driveshaft <-- Very expensive for the gain though. With LTs, CMDPs and your mods most manuals dyno 325ish. So that should get you 300+. |

I am considering the diveshaft but would like to wait and see if ford comes out with a cheaper one. I looked into delete plates but I think it will void my warranty LTs are so expensive but will do probably last due to install cost. I do see a set at brenspeed that has the cats and all that I like but will wait until warranty is close to over. Thanks for the input.

With an auto you will be WAY short of 300rwhp.. If you had CMCV DP's and LT's you would have a chance

I have heard that there are problems (vibration) with the aluminum drive shafts and auto's and that most companies with that product have a slightly different version for the automatics.
CMCV delete plates, O/R X pipe will get you closer but without LTs you may not be at 300rwhp |

So how much is WAY short should I be looking at 280 290 or less than that? These cars are supposed to put down 265 stock. Is it correct in saying that a stock auto gt is slower than a stock manual gt off the showroom floor? And if so that is something I find rather disturbing.
