Same here. Mine sat 17 days recently, fired right up no problems! Had the security system then some. No parasitic problems with my system thank Ford! ;-)
It's an '07 too.

Try to diagnose it yourself , since the dealer is BSing you. Put an amp meter across the battery terminals, take the lid off the fuse box and use a small needle nose plier or fuse puller and remove and re-insert each fuse at a time. This should locate the circuit that is drawing power.....I, personally would start with pulling the fuse to the radio HU.

I just woke mine up after 2 weeks of very cold weather. Started right up. I always lock it with the fob so the security is on also. I do turn off the shaker though before shutting down.
