get rid of the "cool" air intake from ebay, check into some others, I like mine b/c I didnt have to tune, will tune once warrantey up, just dont want to mess with that right now, Brenspeed down the rd!

the brenspeed tune and c&l intake are that good huh!! what kind of gains are those of you that installed it seeing im really not looking forward to selling that chip on ebay for 100 less than what i paid two weeks ago

The brenspeed tune with intake makes a huge difference.

the chip plugs into the pcm inline with the bottom connector i know i didnt get taken because of the throttle response and the fact that my car will slam into the rev limiter instead of easing into like stock i also installed

sell the funny jet engine control modulator, and do exactly what these guys tell ya, cant go wrong, plus with the Xcal2 you can change your rev limiter, if you get new gears in the rear youcan recalibrate your speedo, also if you get new wheels (bigger) you can input your tire revs per mile which will recalibrate your speedo, point is, you need to get rid of the spoof, and get the real deal. doug a bamachips is the man. Oh ya you should get a Cool Air Intake with the tuner for an awesome response from your car, both for under 600. good luck

I did just this. There is in fact such a thing. It is $319 from the JET website. Seems to be a piggyback fuel and spark management module. I have heard of JET cause' my son has one on his Neon (AKA American Rice) I agree with every reply in this post concerning going with either an X-cal or predator handheld tuner. The price is only slightly more than the JET chip and the adjustability of them will blow you away. Use a JLT or C&L CAI both are great and it will be strictly an appearance issue.
