They charged me for a part they didn't have in stock and never gave me a status. After 2 weeks of trying to get info on my order I decided I didn't want there product. After another 2 weeks of e-mails and phone calls I'm still waiting for my money back. Every time I called and asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn't one there. I kept trying to cancel my order and was told it could only be done through the e-mail system on there site. I e-mailed to get it cancelled 3 days straight with no response, finally I got board one day and had some guys from my office help me send over 100 request on it; still nothing!

They are an absolutely Sh@T company!! I do not recommend them to anyone, and I have delt with them for several years up until this.

I have ordered around 9x from them and gotten screwed 1x. It took me 6 weeks to get my money back and they charged me for the shipping. I also had a problem with an x-pipe I ordered but that was pypes fault because they sent the 1 part 409 1 part 304 Offroad X-pipe LOL

I don't know where to start! I ordered a motoblu pulley kit for my mustang. My car was at the garage, everything was installed, now came time for the belt. Well, well, it was about half the size it was suppose to be. I was forced to purchase a new belt from a local retailer. I tried contacting RPM Outlet numerous times, to no avail. I filled out a report with the BBB, they never responded. It was only till I did some digging on the company did I find out about all the SCAMS going on with them. The Better Business Bureau is full of negative feedback concerning RPM. These guys are just a bunch of scammers and anyone that reads this should STAY AWAY. I have now been dealing with americanmuscle. I am happy with them and they've got an excellent record with the BBB.

F@@@ RPM OUTLETI ordered from them they sent me 3 of 4 parts wrong and to 18 phone calls 6 e-mails and 6 weeks to get them exchanged !!!!
