I just got my tunner in i connected the tunner to the car . started to down load . now how do i know it installed the tune it came with . it should have 3 tunes i can choose from. Anyone have instuctions for me on how or the best tune for me to use. thank you 2005 gt 5 speed shaker, jba headers, flow masters..............

After you save your stock settings and download the tune, it'll go to 100% downloaded and you will here stuff reset itself, that's when you know it's been downloaded to your car. If it didn't, there would be a error that popped up. You can go with whatever tune you think will work for you car. I know, for me, going from a 87 to 91 to 93 tune, i didn't feel a difference between each tune. I've stuck to the 91 tune for now.

I got athe SCT tuner and DeMolet carbon CAI from Brenspeed. Actually loaded the
tune first and then installed the CAI. I can run the car with the tune and not the CAI
but not vise versa. But when I loaded the tune I think I might have gone around twice
and repeated everything because I didn't realize it was done. I never got an "error"
message or anything. I can tell a difference and I don't get a CEL so I assume everything
is cool. But it is suppose the download and store your stock tune. How do you know
it did that and how can you tell????

itll prompt you to download your stock tune into the sct then you select a tune, then download it into your car thats it
