Default RE: newbie question: pulleys, cams, gear install

yeah, if my math is right, my first stage of mods (CAI, chip, pulleys, cams, gears, labor) would be about $105/rwhp, and later with the SC (after first stage of mods) would be $77/rwhp (or $58/rwhp if I started from stock).

was thinking that I could SC (and big brake kit) later - and that pulleys/cams would benefit a SC setup too - is that incorrect?

was hoping to use the rest of my funds with pulleys/cams/gears to improve suspension (coilovers and sway bars), brakes (probably just better rotors/pads, ss lines, fluid - and big brake kit later), air intake (and chip/tune), exhaust, tires/wheels, and maybe appearance (cervini front bumper/billet/fogs lower)

that way, when ready for SC (and big brake kit) later, the rest of the car is somewhat prepped... and it gives me some drive time getting used to the ride in general... might get a custom roll bar at that time too - just in case...

but bear with me, that's the approach I've taken on mod-ing my eurotuners, and perhaps it's different with 'merican cars!

thanks again for the advice and info!
