SCT x-cal 2 for different car

Hello everyone. Been a member for a while, just had owned a diesel for about 6 months after I traded in the 2004 GT. I had an sct done for the diesel and was wondering if the box is cleared will it work with my car (the one in the sig.)

Not 100% sure, you may want to go to the source directly, but I would say no. The firmware I believe is written to communicate to specific vehicles PCU. You may wnat to check with them if they can reflash the firmware for your Mustang.

Ok cool guys.. thanks.. I had heard you can just with a reflash.. but was wondering the truth.. I will check with those recommended and see what they say.. I sure would hate to throw a good xcal away..
