I was bored and wanted a exaust for a while. so i goto a muffler shop the guy install 2 flowmaster 40`s for 200. and i love it i love the drone i love the growl i love everything about it. and its not loud as everyone said it is. and i have no idea why people complain about drone. thats the whole point into getting the muffler to make it louder . i would be pretty pissed if it didnt drone. and as he cut off my stock ones i had him turn the car on and rev it was SICK. overall i love the mufflers. i will get a video up soon. p.s. sorry for the ****ty grammar typing this thing up in hurry

I like mine as well. One thing you will notice is that they get a bit louder the older/used they get.

Hey congrats on the install. There is nothing better than letting that 4.6 breath a little better. Just the true mustang sound, and being able to listen to every shift. Have fun and enjoy bro.

+1 on the slight drone with the Flowmasters. I have the American Thunder Axle Backs.

When I took delivery of my 2007 GT/CS last month, I was very disappointed. I couldn't hear my engine at all with the windows down. I also hadn't driven a manual in 15 years, so I was constantly looking at the tachometer to visually check my rpms.

The reason I bought the car over a Infinity G35 was because I wanted the V-8 sound. Stupid, but true - and worth sacraficing fit-and-finish and maybe reliability.

I had the Flowmasters installed the day after I picked up my car. I am extremely satisfied with them, as you are. I wanted the deeper tone and I wanted to be able to hear what my engine was doing so I didn't have to look down at the tach or speedo. The Flowmasters delivered. The volume of the exhaust is perfect for me. I live in a condo with a common parking lot and I didn't want to bother the neighbors when I left at 2 or 3 a.m. I'm at about 700 mi., andI have about 300 mi. to go before I start opening 'er up. I'm looking forward to listening to the symphony the Flowmasters play when I do - Volume on Demand.

I had Flowmasters American Thunders on my 07 V6 mustang and loved it!
made the V6 sound awesome.
I have traded in the V6 for a GT and yes...was disappointed I could nto hear the exhaust, so I am now thinking of getting flowmaster AT's installed yet agin!
I do feel they are loud on teh inside of car though...but worth it.
