Brenspeed Dyno tune
I took my convertible up to the track to test my recent Brenspeed dyno tune. The car ran without a hickup. The ET Streets were chirping in second nicely. I launched at 2000 RPMand got a 1.67 on my 60' time. Not bad for stock suspension. I will be trying a 3000 RPM launch next time to get a little harder start. I have a 3200 RPM stall speed converter. They had some SRT4 club there last night. I lined up against two of them.
It was a really nice night for racing!

Kenne Bell 2.4 intercooled @ 10 PSI
FRRP 3.73 gear
Powerhouse 411 aluminum driveshaft
Level 10 Stage III 5R55S transmission
Level 10 3200 RPM billett stall speed converter

Custom Brenspeed Dyno Tune
Custom Chrome moly 6-point rollbar
Mickey Thompson ET Streets
GMS rotors
Castrol SRF DOT4 Racing Brake fluid
Hawk HPS pads
Let me tell you that the brake upgrade really helps when stopping at the end of the traps. The stock brakes got too hot and faded. These pads and rotors really grip.

They never let convertibles run with the top down at Great Lakes. I heard they do it once ina while at Joliet though.
They are cautious with fast convertibles. They check my car very cl;osely during tech. They almost dint let me run because my 5-point harness is 2006, I havent upgraded to 2007 harness yet.
