I have had the Hurst and the Steeda....didn't like the Hurst (box of gravel)....love the Tri-ax, never missed a shift with it.

I also have the Steeda tri-ax short throw. Went to Sebring for a driving event, and really put it through it's paces. Was great short shifting into 3rd, never missed it. The way the bushings are installed, it guides it, so all you have to do is shove or slap it. The billet handle has a nice feel also.

Which shifters come with a new handle? I know the hurst has the white ball, but do any of the others come with one? Thanks

Heard a lot of good things about the MGW, so I'm starting to lean that way.

I went with the Hurst, because of the look. I used to have one on my 1970 - 340 Plymouth Duster. Its a nice positive shift, and I've not missed a gear with it. I just like the "old school" look.

Hurst here, I love just like the rest.

Seems irreguardless of which brand, generally you will like it.
