Default off road x $75 baby

Yeah...just went ona parts delivery to a shop that did an off-road x-pipe (bassani I think) on a customer's 07 GT and he didn't like it...I'm getting it for $75, including MIL eliminators and install! (I guess I'll tip the mechanic/personal friend of mine, even though he said he's slap it on for free, takes 15 minutes). It's going on TONIGHT! Do you guys think I should have brenspeed do a new tune for it, or will I be OK w/o?
Thanks!

i tihnk you'll need to have it re-tuned to turn off the rear o2sensors and a very slight adjustment of the a/f ratio maybe. but you can still drive it till then, just be prepared for a check engine light every once in a while.

EDIT* P.S. you're a luck sob,lol

MILs sometimes dont get rid of the light....dont know how they dont work, but it happens sometimes.....the tune would be good anyway if its free, but it wont be for you so I would not worry about it for now.

No CEL yet, and I drove it about 15 miles (my achin skull!)...wouldn't you know it, I wait about two weeks whilemy C&L/retune is backordered, and the day I stumble upon a cheap x-pipe, the retune from brent is in my mailbox before I can throw em a "hey while you're at it..."
...ain't that always the way!

don't worry about it, I forgot about the MILs. Like I said, the A/F ratio is so small, wait till you order some CMDPs or something like that till you worry about re-tuning.
