T56 Cobra Spec Transmission

I think most people who've done it use D&D's but its a good mod IMO. I plan on replacing my tran with T56 when this engine blows and I replace it with a boss. ;)

PM'ed you. I actually have a brand new cobra spec T-56 I was going to use in my 70 fastback and decided to go another route. SoI will be selling it. Somebody will get an amazing deal!.Interested let me know

I thought of putting the T56 in as well. I talked with Tremec, who directed me to D & D. I recommend talking to them as well, they answered a lot of my questions.

That's one baaaaaaaad-@$$ transmission! What does the install cost?

And how about going the whole nine yards and dropping in th Viper T56 with the 0.50 6th gear? Can anyone say 2100rpm at 90mph? :D

It's a 5 speed. I don't need an extra overdrive gear when I'll never evenhit 5th at the track. The T-56 is kind of a pig in the weight department. I think people just want that extra gear. More power to them.
