Sux For You Wadman. I've gotten them on the phone every time I have ever called them. Oh and the Kenne Bell SC has one of the loudest whines out of all the superchargers.
The KB units for the s197 are super silent unless you boost like 18ibs.

In fact I had the 2.6L KB and got rid of it after my build due to it putty out 520 rwhp on 100 octane
obviously there were some issues there..... like exceeding the capacity of the throttle body or something because Jim Bell has had lots of cars running higher than that.

I have hit 523RWHP with my 2.4 Kenne Bell on 100 octane at only 11 PSI

My KB is nowhere near silent either. Anything over 10 PSI and it is whining at WOT.

I have never had an issue reaching either tech support or sales at Kenne Bell.
I started buying racing parts fromKenne Bellin 1978 and have been a satisfied customer for 30 years. They do some of the best engineering in the business.

I would recomend building up the motor first...Thats just me and my bad luck with this system. Probably the tune but it blew in a bad bad way. Finally a new motor and a rebuild and a dyno tune later, I love it... mine is silent up to wot and i is whining a little, but you can hear it none the less. Not like a whipple though those things are loud compared to a kb

I have the 2.6L non-intercooled KB and love it. I keep it at a conservative 5 psi until I build up the motor. It is a pain in the *** to install though. Especially when you are installing it on an 08 with 05 instructions. There are a few differences.
