What kinda oil are you running synthetic or not? I have been putting in mobil 1 but as you know 7 qrts dont come cheap.All I forgot I drag race at the strip in the summer.

mobil 1 full synthetic 6 quarts, about $27 from walmart. change mine every 3k miles

Royal purple, 5W-30, 5 Qts. I spent about 40 bucks on oil, and another 15 on a K&N Filter. My engine runs so smoothly now. I will change it around 6K miles.
