Default Track tire pressure for stock radials?

Will dropping a few pounds of pressure in the stock Pirelli 255/35/17's give me slightly better traction at launch? I'm taking her to the track tonight and wondering what pressure I should be running in the front and rear to give me any better traction, if any, in my 60 ft. time. Thanks

I would keep the fronts full. I drop my street tires to about 22 PSI when i race. I pull consistant 1.9s on them

You mean 235/55/17????

If your still needing the #'s pm Gene_k. If I remember correctly he knows the right #'s and managed 12s on stock tires just CAI/tune
