Default Brenspeed S/C custom kits

SO i was looking at some of the brenspeed S/C custom packages they have. They have a few from saleen and paxston that they have customized. They seem to all be pushing over 450hp to the wheels on a stock mustang. Now if i have most of the major bolt ons and run one of these custom s/c isnt there a good chance my engine mite blow? Ive seen they can start goin between 450-500. but if im already a good amount over the 300stock hp number cant just slappin on one of these bad boys cause some engine damage on a stock 3v?

Thats 450 to 500 at the flywheel. You will lose 80% to the tires.

450 hp Motor = 360 at rear tires

Brenspeed will suggest their Stg 2 kit if you are concered with reliability, and drive a lot of miles. They are top notch as well.
Stg 2 kit will put anywhere from 410-435 hp to the wheels. This is within the limits of your stock fuel pump. The other bolt-ons you run may only increase max hp a little, but you will see more power under the curve.

hahaha..

you have no clue what you are talking about...

I have a paxton novi2200 kit from brenspeed..
Right out of the box it made 424 TO THE WHEELS...

with a custom dyno tune, and diablosport MAFia.... it made 505 rwhp
and is now tuned to 478

if you have a blown 3v thats making only 360rwhp... there is something wrong buddy

I'm putting about 490 to the rear wheels. I just got done driving 2000 miles with no problems on my car. My car is an automatic. If I was going to buy my saleen kit again I would buy it from JDM. But If I could go back in time I would have bought a whipple since I have destroyed everything on my car atleast once.

If you want something safer go with brenspeeds stage 2 kit. Hope you don't get addicted to speed or your going to spending a lot more money

I started with brenspeeds stage 2 went to 3 now i'm over a 4.

I drive this car everywhere. I know one day it's not going to live on this motor. With Brenspeeds stage 3 kit I put down 443 to the rear wheels.

I went with the Saleen S/C w/475 hp upgrade, steeda CAI, FRPP pumps and a custom 438rwhp with no problems on only 6.5psi of boost. Its not necessarily the rwhp that blows the motor (within reason) its most likely a bad tune.

Same here...483rwhp before the Kooks LT's for over a year with no problems. The tunes with the Brenspeed kits are dead on and a reason why most don't have any problems.

I wouldn't say that at all. I had major problems with the brenspeed tune. After working several months I gave up on brent moved to Adam from S.T. motor sports. Paid that guy a nice chunk of money only to fail me too 400 Bucks wasted...

I had nothing but trouble and money wasted with mail order tunes.

Pro-Dyno in South Carolina finally tuned my car perfectly...

I have the paxton novi 2200 kit from Brenspeed. Right out of the box it gave my 477rwhp and 432 rwhp. This is with the included tune on the xcal 2. I have not heard of anyone having any engine failure with this system.

my tune from brenspeed was weak...not much power at all...
i had mine tuned by Scott Beer.. (an awesome tuner in South Florida)
