Maybe not that much? I should have mentioned that I added an intake and changed my tune from 89 to 91 I think a .2 sec improvement is possible. Also look at getting some LCAs, they will also help your time. At first launching with 4.10s can be tricky. You almost have to baby it or you will get wheel spin and wheel hop.

luckily since lowering it i dont get any wheel hop anymore "thank god" and i actually find it easier to launch 4.10's than 3.31's. i had a ws-6 trans am with 4.11's and i could cut 1.7's all day on drag radials and 1.9's on street tires without even breaking a sweat. i cant stand the bogging of these 3v's and i think its a combination of the gears and the cmcv plates which i plan on getting delete plates this winter along with some other goodies

Getting gears will be your best bolt-on. I don't know about the supercharger because I don't have one but I drove a racecraft mustang today with the supercharger and I swear I felt like I could beat it in the quartermile.
