Default Livernois Stage 2/3 Heads

My next mod will be a new set of heads. My question is about whether to go with the Stage 2 or Stage 3 version (cost bewteen the two is not an issue). My car is NA (no nitrous either), with the current mods listed in my sig. Has anyone gone with one or the other? How were your results in power and drivability? OK, if you simply can't resist, tell me why I should get a supercharger instead (keep in mind I'm already at 400 hp at the crank and I don't want to risk blowing my engine). Nitrous is not an option.

I'm running livernois stage 2 heads , power/drivability is good. motor is built to run a whipple or kennebell later as funds allow, but for now on stock eaton m90 at 6ibs I am 456 rwhp. shooting for around 650 rwhp with blower/fuel system upgrade
