Default spark blow out?

I woke up today and headed down to fill up the tank, I got on the highway and started accelerating down the ramp and noticed when I was in 3rd-5th and accelerating the car would seem to miss, you could feel it. I had this happen back in feb and replaced the plugs and it cured the prob but I only have 10 k miles since the swap. Could it be blow out? I am still running the stock cops with a tad over 36 k on the car. 10k on the block. I am getting a bit pissy with all these dag um bugs to work out. Every once in a blue moon Ill get a cel saying that # 8 had a misfire but you couldnt feel it and the car wont throw a light now. When it happened in feb I drove 2000 miles straight with no light when it was doing it. It only does it during acceleration in the higher gears with a bit of a load. I would say around 2500+ rpm.

any info would be appreciated
thanks
Matt

I have the exact same problem. #8, cured it with a set of MSD COPS, but it came back one time. I made a gapping tool at work and plan to set them down a bit. If I can find the correct spacing I'll pass it along to you. I've also got the KB and when I called the dude just said replace the coil. I was kinda pissed at the rudeness, but oh well. It came back once, but went out after I checked connections (didn't find anything loose though). My next step is gapping the plugs down, you are running one range cooler I assume.

Yes I am. The only thing that gets me is that this has happend before and replacing the plugs fixed the problem... But why am I fouling plugs at 10 k miles? Is this normal for a sc setup? The car gets flooded when it is cold which I think is a mix of problems. I am about to get an off road h or x pipe in november so that will eliminate a bad cat from the mix concerning the flooding. The car has flooded from day one, it is a very early 05 mustang.

But if you can pass along that info it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Matt
