Just out of curiosity, can anyone give me the Reader's Digest version of what you do once the programmer arrives?

For example, where do you plug it in?

How long does it take to backup the current program and to transfer the new program?

And finally, I'm guessing that the whole process if relatively simple?

its easy and brenspeed sends u a paper telling u what to do and how to load the tune and just follow the tuners promps and ur good to go.
