Default Charge Plates?

Question? I have an 05 Turbocharged GT and when there's moisture in the air im getting a pretty bad stall at about 3500 RPMs. From what I've heard the Steeda Charge Plates with the bigger bore will eliminate this problem. Any thoughts?

I don't know what the two have in common sounds like a tune problem to me, however eliminating the CMCV plates can't hurt, I put them on my car and noticed a difference in the higher RPM range with NO loss of low end torque. A new tune for the plates is required.
