Default missing a gear

anyone besides me ever missed a gear when powershifting? if so what is a good aftermarket shifter to prevent this?

97% of the time it's from not disengaging the clutch all the way and the syncro's wearing/hanging. 3% of the time it's from the shifter

I have the Hurst short throw and it helped. Might also want to look into the CHE K-member with torque limiters.
