Default JPC INTAKE: Basically Stock Engine : Results

Pretty close to a stock typical '05 up GT.

Parts List :
JLT True Cold Air Intake
Diablo Tuner
Underdrive Pullies
Bassani Axle Back

Same Day ( today ) back to back. Actually picked up some torque. This car even has stock gears. The intakes are coming out slowly but we are about a 2 - 3 week wait.

Good to see there's some nice improvements on a fairly typical N/A engine with stock heads and cams. I really like the torque gain in the lower end.

It would be interesting to see this on another N/A engine that has ported heads (Livernois stage 2 perhaps) with some cams (SPR 2 and Thumpr 2).

I'm curious, what is the CFM rate per runner for this manifold? It would be good to know that to properly match it to ported heads with known CFM flow rates.

Here's a dyno sheet of a car with Stage II Livernois Heads and Stage II comp N'A's w/ springs

Also back to back same day. The upper end power curve increase is awesome for racing and street rolling

393.6HP, NICE!

And to think it would be even more with SPR stage 2 or 3. Sweet!

Then, add like 10.5:1 or slightly more compression and that would be one mean N/A engine. Or Livernois' 323 big bore 10.8:1 stroker. Mmmmmmm.

We are doing a Nice NA car now. I will keep you posted. I will see if we can find some of the blower dyno pulls. It works awesome with those.

looks good tommy. i never got a call back from justin about the intake on my nitrous setup. think maybe this could be my ticket into getting my car into the 10 sec zone once i throw on my 15" big and littles come may for my next track day. I bet this would work amazing with some nitrous flowing through it i'd expect big numbers from this with F/I!
