Minus the obvious of a smaller pulley, and a tuner which options are the best upgrades to do to an Automatic stang to get some better performance? I was thinking just changing out to some 3:73 gears, stall converter, and an aluminum driveshaft. I figure that combined with the smaller pulley, tune and CAI out to make my cars acceleration increase tremedously. Any other inputs or advice are appreciated.

Those mods will go a long way toward your goal. I would add LTs and x-pipe with hiflow cats.

You're on the righ track, you'ld be surprised how much better the acceleration would be with a good torque converter. start with that.
